This website provides information about tuk‑tuk and bike tours in Barcelona and enables online bookings. By using the website you accept these Terms and this Legal Notice.

“Company” means Green Power Tour, S.L. “User/Client” means the person making a booking. “Website” means the domains listed above. “Booking” means the contract concluded via the website. “Voucher” means the booking confirmation document.

7.2 Booking Process and Confirmation

Select tour, date/time, and party size; submit details and pay to confirm. A confirmation appears on‑screen and is sent by email. The voucher is not an invoice.

7.3 Prices, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Inclusions/exclusions are listed on each tour page. Prices may change before purchase.

7.4 Payment Methods and Security

Payment is taken at booking via our secure payment provider (replace with exact provider/methods). An invoice can be issued upon request (replace policy if different).

7.5 Cancellations, Changes, and No‑Show

Full refund if canceled ≥ 48 hours before start
50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before
No refund if canceled < 24 hours or in case of no‑show

Change requests are subject to availability; reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate them. Weather/safety issues may lead to rescheduling, an equivalent service, or a refund per these Terms and applicable law.

7.6 Right of Withdrawal

Leisure services supplied on specific dates are generally exempt from statutory withdrawal rights under consumer law.

7.7 Client Responsibilities and Conduct

Arrive on time, follow safety instructions, and behave appropriately. Service may be denied for safety or misconduct reasons, without prejudice to consumer rights.

7.8 Changes by the Company and Force Majeure

Routes or schedules may change due to traffic, events, or safety. Alternatives include rescheduling, an equivalent service, or refunds in accordance with these Terms and the law.
